Bon Appetite

What are we doing?

Bon appetite is about feeding children school lunch or breakfast due to unpaid balances. There was a recent news article in which 40 children went to get their school lunch and sit down. After, they got their school lunch school officials grabbed the trays and through the food in the trash. People were furious, sad, and heartbroken. This does happen and we want to put a stop to this kind of behavior towards children. We want to stand up for those that can’t stand up for themselves.

Why are we doing this?

This is being done to bring an awareness to the needs of children, their parents/guardians. Every child needs to eat, because there are many that will not be able to when they arrive to their place of residence and there can be many reasons as to “why”.  We love children are need to do whatever it takes to protect them and make sure they are taken care of.

Who can do it?

The people willing to make a difference in a child or children’s lives can do this. Anyone can make a difference but not everyone will. We believe that there are people who are compassionate and willing to bring change in a child or children’s lives.

How can it be done?

Here is how this can be done:

1.     Make sure funds are available or efficient funds raised to carry out this campaign.

2.     Contact the appropriate facility/point of contact you would like to support.

3.     Have any paperwork needed that the school may need.

4.     Gather people or check when the group will be doing this and act it out.

Where can it be done?

Any private, charter, academy, or public school that is willing to allow us to bring this kind of support. Permission is needed by authorized individuals.

When can it be done?

Check when the group will be doing this campaign or if you would like to do it individually, it’s great. You must take all precautionary steps for this campaign to be made a reality.
