Christmas Drive
What are we doing?
We are collecting items to gift wrap and give away to school aged kids ages 1-17 years old. This campaign is not only about gifts but the joy of the greatest gift of all JESUS CHRIST. Not every child will receive a gift and that’s where you can step in.
Why are we doing this?
We are doing this to reach out to those in the community whose parents or guardians can’t afford to buy Christmas presents for their children. This campaign has been done in past times where we have raised over 500 toys for families. What a joy it is to be able to bless families in some of their greatest times of need. You can be that blessing this year and years to come.
Who can do it?
Everyone can do this. If you would like to be a blessing in the Christmas season, you are the one. People who have a passion to see people happy, filled with joy, and love, are called to this campaign.
How can it be done?
1. Share the campaign on social media sites, flyers, and word of mouth. (Be creative)
2. Once you’ve shared this campaign you’ll be able to start generating resources for this campaign.
3. Leaving gift boxes in local stores and communities with permission from management.
4. Collect items and finances from friends and family.
Where can it be done?
This campaign can be done in an available place, with permission first or a well-lit parking lot. Everywhere you go, you will need permission to borrow the facility unless it’s your own of course.
When you can do it?
You can start this campaign in October or before, this will give the allotted time to collect as many items as possible to wrap and give away before Christmas
